PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information given to Luxe Waxing Lounge is kept with the upmost discretion and is to be viewed only by Luxe Waxing Lounge staff. The personal information that is given to Luxe Waxing Lounge is either used in conjunction to making an appointment, for Luxe promotional purposes or treatment purposes only. Personal details are never given to other clients or other parties without clients consent.

LUXE WAXING LOUNGE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
All product and service prices are subject to change at owner’s discretion.
 
All referral, loyalty, birthday and promotional vouchers are issued with an expiry date and will not be accepted past the date of expiration and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher. 
 
All clients are required to inform the therapist if they are on any skin medication, have skin irritations or allergies. Any client under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will then have to sign a consent form for the minor. The parent or guardian must be present to all appointments.
 
Luxe Waxing Lounge reserves the right to refuse service or cease treatment on a client if they are being inappropriate with the therapist, have misinformed the therapist of any skin medications, irritations or allergies and or age.  
 
REFUND POLICY
Refunds or exchanges will not be given on product which has been opened or once it has left the store. Once it has left the store it is no longer in our care and becomes a health & safety issue for other clients. If the product has a default due to the manufacturing, the product may be returned subject to the owner’s discretion. Any refunds on services will firstly be dealt via the client complaint policy to asses’ wether a refund is due to the client. If the client is awarded a refund at the owners request, for either products or services all refunds will be given via the payment in which it was received and recorded for future records.
 
CLIENT COMPLAINT POLICY
We appreciate all client feedback whether it is positive or negative and all client complaints will be dealt with and noted down for future records. Any complaints that are of a more serious nature will be dealt with by the owner and the client in question and will be noted in a client complaint form for future records. Our clients are very important to us and we will always endeavour to rectify a negative situation.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are to be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking. If a client does a no show to their appointment and does so consecutively for the next 2 appointments (3 strikes) a 50% deposit will be needed to book future appointments. If a client does not show for the appointment which has the deposit, we reserve the right to keep their 50% deposit as a cancellation fee. If the client attends their appointment the 50% deposit will then be put towards their services for that day and the client will then be back to 0 strikes. Note: this cancellation policy is only intended to deter the repeat offenders.
